Marshmallow Test
The speaker was discussing Marshmallow experiment on children and ability of resisting temptation. Firstly, she mentioned children were told to wait for 1 minute and can have 1 marshmallow or to resist yourself for 15 minutes and you can have 2 marshmallows. The results were surprising those who waited for 15 minutes to have power implications later in life. Finally, she suggested they can achieve life goals and have the ability to pursue goals.
