What to do in PTE Multiple-choice, choose multiple answers?

This section is same as Multiple-choice, choose single answers, but the only difference is you need to select more than 1 correct answer. It could be 2 or 3 it is also considered to be a quite difficult one as per the students who have given the test. It is very important to understand the question prompt. You will get the text of around 100 to 120 words with question prompt and some answer options. You need to read the text and choose the correct answer. You will get 2-3 question prompt on your test day.

What all question prompts you can get in your test day?

You can get a number of question prompt such as:-

  1. What is the author main idea?
  2. What is the theme of the text?
  3. What is the central idea of the text?
  4. What is the topic of the text?
  5. What is inferred by the text?

It is very important to understand the question prompt, deep read the text and try to connect with the answer prompt. Also, eliminate all the incorrect answer options. Only spend 2 minutes on each question.
