In this modern ear, there is an ongoing debate among people about personal health, and different ways to keep fit and healthy. Many people claim that the food and beverages protect our health. But my opinion is that the exercise as the methodical and optimized way to keep healthy. The following essay would further elaborate it’s both sides in details with reasons and thus leads to a plausible conclusion.
First and foremost, exercising is one of the important parts of our daily life that everyone has to do on the day-to-day basis. This has been well-tried by many sorts of analysis in a very organized manner. For instance, to be a healthy person, everyone should do 20 minutes exercise every day. It will burn fat from our body Therefore, it is believed that the exercise is one of the simplest ways to stay fit and a healthy person.
On the other hand, some people believe that by controlling some oily food or fat related food and beverage, people can maintain a healthy life. Therefore, they always focus on diet. Healthy diet is very important for us, because without a healthy diet, we would feel feeble and not able to perform our daily tasks. For example, people usually reject junk foods, which are oilier. But, most of them can’t control the obesity, cholesterol and not able to burn extra fat. Therefore, it is believed that foods and beverages are not the major factors for a healthy life.
In conclusion, I radically agree that exercise as the major factor to reduce the risk into a certain extent, and it is strongly believed that professionals and governments should take necessary actions for educating the general public.
